I believe research is one of the most undervalued tools we have. Too often, companies and governments spend years building products and solutions without truly understanding how people will use them. Assumptions replace understanding, and solutions emerge long before the real need is clear.

My work focuses on how design impacts humans and systems, whether in community engagement or emerging technologies. I’ve led 20+ studies on generative AI, VR, and MR, with a focus on how these technologies can be integrated into human workflows and daily life. While I’ve done feature-focused projects, my core research centers on uncovering use cases that reveals how people interact with their environments and the systems around them.

I love UX research because it is about people: understanding the reasons behind behavior and designing systems, products, and communities that truly meet human needs.
